1. Eligibility for Wholesale

Wholesale access is available to registered businesses only. A valid ABN and business name are required. All applications are subject to approval at Mink and Me’s discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

- Opening Order Minimum: $300 (excluding shipping)

- Reorder Minimum: $300 (excluding shipping)

 Mink and Me reserves the right to adjust minimums with notice.

3. Pricing

All wholesale prices displayed on this website are in AUD and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Recommended retail prices (RRP) are provided as a guide. You may set your own retail pricing, but deep discounting or undercutting RRP is discouraged.

4. Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid and will be invoiced once stock is ready to send.

You will have 7 days to pay the invoice, otherwise the stock will be released and reallocated.

Credit terms may be offered at our discretion to approved long-standing stockists.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs will be quoted and added to the final invoice once your order is confirmed.

Orders are shipped via tracked courier or Australia Post.

Allow 5–10 business days for dispatch unless otherwise advised.

Mink and Me is not liable for delays once goods are in transit.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All items are quality checked before dispatch.

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or faulty goods must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence provided.

No returns are accepted for change of mind or unsold stock.

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Product Availability & Backorders

All products are subject to availability.

In the event of a backorder, you will be notified and may choose to wait or remove items.

Backorders are shipped at Mink and Me’s cost unless combined with a new order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, and content remain the property of Mink and Me.

You may not reproduce or alter branding, product names, or images without written consent.

9. Territory & Stockist Protection

Mink and Me may offer geographic/postcode exclusivity on a case-by-case basis based on stockist performance and order frequency.

We reserve the right to stock multiple retailers within close proximity if minimums are not maintained or communication lapses for extended periods.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed and invoiced.

11. Display & Online Sales

You may sell Mink and Me products online via your own branded website.

Selling via third-party platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) is not permitted unless authorised in writing.

All stockists must display products in a way that upholds the Mink and Me brand values and quality.

12. Privacy & Data

Your business and personal information will be used solely for the purpose of managing your wholesale account and will not be shared with third parties.

13. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order with Mink and Me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
